Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of sewing patterns are final and non-refundable ❌💰. Once downloaded, we cannot issue a refund or exchange. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

🧵 Sewing Tools & Supplies

We accept returns or exchanges for physical sewing tools and supplies within 14 days of delivery 📦. To be eligible for a return:
✅ The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
✅ You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
🚫 Custom-made or clearance items are non-refundable.

🔄 Return Process

1️⃣ Contact us 📧 within 14 days of receiving your item.
2️⃣ Ship the item back to us within 30 days (return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility).
3️⃣ Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days 💳.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos 📸. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
