Refund Policy

When you complete your order, the digital products will be sent to you via email as well as available for immediate download from your account. Due to this reason, PDF sewing patterns and embroidery designs are non-refundable. Once you download a product, you have access to it indefinitely. Please check your order history before purchasing to be sure you are not duplicating a product you have previously purchased. We have a note before you checkout that reminds you of this policy before you complete your purchase so this issue can be avoided.
