At Kintably, we primarily sell digital products (patterns and tutorials) that are available for instant download upon purchase. However, we also offer physical sewing gadgets and accessories, which will be shipped to you. This policy explains the shipping details for those physical items.
2. Shipping Method
We use standard shipping services for physical products, ensuring that you receive your order in a timely manner. Orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) or other reliable carriers, depending on your location and shipping options.
For international orders, we will ship via international carriers, including USPS, DHL, or other regional services.
3. Processing Time
- Digital Products: Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with the download link for your patterns or tutorials. This is instant and does not require shipping time.
- Physical Products: Orders for physical gadgets and accessories are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience a slight delay in processing.
4. Shipping Rates
- Domestic (USA): Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of the items in your order. During checkout, you will be able to see the applicable shipping costs before completing your purchase.
- International Shipping: Shipping rates for international orders will also be calculated at checkout, depending on the destination country. Additional customs duties or import taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Shipping Times
- Domestic Orders (USA): Delivery typically takes between 5-7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
- International Orders: Delivery times for international shipments vary depending on the destination country and local postal services. On average, international orders take 10-21 business days to arrive. Please allow extra time for customs clearance.
Note: Shipping times may be longer during peak seasons, such as holidays, or in the event of unforeseen delays by the shipping carrier.
7. Order Tracking
Once your physical order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the progress of your shipment through the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, DHL).
8. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not offer shipping to certain countries. If you are located in a country where we cannot ship, you will be notified during checkout.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses due to errors in the shipping information provided.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
While we take great care in packaging and shipping your items, once the package leaves our facility, it is under the care of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
- For damaged packages, please take a photo of the damage and contact us at kintably@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
- For lost packages, please wait up to 14 business days before contacting us. If the package is not located, we will assist you with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
10. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at kintably@gmail.com immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate address changes before your order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.
11. Custom Fees and Taxes
For international shipments, you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s government. These charges are your responsibility, and we encourage you to check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
12. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our digital products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on patterns or tutorials. However, if you experience any issues with your digital download, please contact us at kintably@gmail.com for assistance.
For physical products, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Please email us at kintably@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange.
