Thank you for shopping with Kintably! We strive to offer the best experience with our patterns, sewing gadgets, and tutorials. Please take a moment to read our Return & Refund Policy to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Digital Products (Patterns & Tutorials) 📥

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a download link for patterns or tutorials has been sent to you. All sales of digital products are final.

However, if you experience any issues with downloading your digital product or if the file is corrupted, please contact us at kintably@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will provide assistance or send you a new link.


2. Physical Products (Sewing Gadgets & Accessories) 📦

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with a physical product (sewing gadgets or accessories), we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Return Period: You can return an item within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or was sent in error by us.

3. How to Return a Physical Product 🔙

If you need to return a physical product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at kintably@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will send you instructions on how to return the item and provide an authorization number if necessary.
  3. Ship Back: Once we approve your return, ship the item back to us within 7 days using a traceable shipping method (e.g., USPS, UPS).
  4. Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item in its original condition, we will process either:
    • A full refund to the original payment method, or
    • An exchange for the same or a different item, depending on your preference.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.


4. Damaged or Defective Items ⚠️

If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, we’re here to help!

  • Contact Us: Please email us at kintably@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged product.
  • Resolution: If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged during shipping, we will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement product at no additional cost.

5. Exchanges 🔄

If you received a physical product that you’d like to exchange for a different item, follow the same procedure as for returns:

  • Once the original item is returned, we will ship the replacement item to you.

Please note that exchanges are only available for unused items that are in resalable condition.


6. Non-Returnable Items 🚫

For your safety and hygiene, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Sewing patterns (digital products)
  • Opened or used sewing gadgets (e.g., scissors, rotary cutters, etc.)

Please review your items carefully before purchasing.


7. Refund Process 💳

Refunds for returned products will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return policy criteria.

  • Digital Products: No refunds are offered for digital products unless there’s an issue with the download or file.
  • Physical Products: Once we’ve processed your return, we will issue a refund to your payment method.

8. Late or Missing Refunds ⏳

If you haven’t received a refund after the processing period, please check the following:

  • Bank Account: Sometimes, it can take a few days for refunds to appear in your account due to processing times by the bank or credit card company.
